So we can best assess you applicability against the demands of the market please provide us with the following:

1. Send by email in Microsoft Word format to icmi@icmi.com.au and in subject line
   "Attention - Application as Prospective Speaker / Entertainer with ICMI":
   Your complete contact details including title, organisation, telephone, mobile, fax, email, website, postal address and details for payment (ie company details etc).
   1. One page resume
   2. An introduction
   3. Full profile
   4. Speaking topics and areas of expertise Performance references and client list, along with contact details for three recent clients who we can speak with.
   5. Your fee schedule and associated costs.
   6. Your audio-visual / production requirements
   7. A high-resolution digital photograph (a head and shoulders shot or an action shot as appropriate.
2. Also send by post to our Melbourne office under the cover note "Attention - Application as Prospective Speaker / Entertainer with ICMI" along with your contact details. A Video/CD or DVD of one of your presentations.
