Luncheon Format and Philosophy
ICMI Speakers and Entertainers Award Winning Corporate Development Luncheons were established in 1988 and were conceived to ENTERTRAIN!
The Luncheons are designed to educate and develop Managers and Key staff in a creative and entertaining format. The luncheons have also provided a unique forum to conduct business. Participation in the Luncheons by corporations is by membership subscription, similar in principle to Corporate Boxes at sporting venues and events.
Corporate Development Luncheons are conducted over a two hour period. Each Luncheon commences at 12.00pm with pre-luncheon drinks (this has proven to be a popular opportunity to network with other corporations) concluding at 2.00pm.
Each Luncheon is designed with a business message presented in an entertaining manner. ICMI's Luncheon philosophy is that business presentations need not be dry, but can also be stimulating and enjoyable. ICMI ensures a sprinkling of celebrities at each luncheon to add further colour to proceedings.
Additional Benefits
The nature of the Development Luncheons carries a number of additional benefits to Corporate Members, beyond that of purely a business education program.
