Anthony 'Mini' Minichiello is passionate about health and wellbeing, and getting people to think differently about what they are putting into their bodies.

He has a lived experience with the power of food and healing the body. Though his professional ruby league career, which spanned 302 games, Anthony was cut down for four years with spinal injuries. He was told to find a new career by all the best specialists.

Mini talks on what he changed to get back on the field and perform at the highest level again after two spinal operations in one of the toughest contact sports in the world. He shares the four simple steps that he now lives by and what can heal, prevent and reverse injury and chronic disease.
