At ICMI, we’re thrilled to have a kaleidoscope of talented young speakers with impressive achievements to their name along with an inspirational attitude and a unique way of looking at things. Check out a few of them below.

 

Wil Massara

22 year old Will Massara is a visionary Aussie entrepreneur with an impressive list of achievements, including founding the Youth Leadership Academy at the age of 15. His journey started at just 11 launching an aviation website Planeapidea, dubbed the Wikipedia of Planes, and designed to ease the stress of air travel. Will founded the Youth Leadership Academy Australia (YLAA) with a passionate drive to help empower young people. Under his leadership, it’s helped nurture the confidence and leadership skills of over 30,000 youth while donating all profits to youth suicide prevention.

Takaya Honda

Renowned for his roles on Play School, Neighbours and The Family Law, Takaya Honda is a talented young MC with a charismatic presence. His background as a media personality and Dementia Australia ambassador means he has an incredible talent for engaging audiences. As an MC, he’ll make sure your event runs smoothly with energetic, cohesive transitions

Jahin Tanvir

In 2022 at the age of 21, Jahin Tanvir was named one of the 40 under 40 Most Influential Asian-Australians. A truly impressive entrepreneur, youth advocate, social commentator and speaker, he’s a Board Director at the Adolescent Health Association of Australia as well as a UNICEF Young Ambassador and Movember Ambassador. With 3 TEDx appearances and regular appearances on TV as a commentator, he has a strong track record for providing new perspectives as a Gen Z leader. 

Jessica Holsman

Dedicated to empowering the next generation, Jessica Holsman shot to fame with her super successful YouTube channel “Study With Jess”, harnessing over 29 million views. She’s big on using social media to help people tap into their superpower, dream big and boost their productivity. She’s also an incredible speaker, weaving her storytelling talents with lessons on confidence, clarity, intentional living and overcoming self-doubt.

Courtney Krulis

Bring unparalleled energy and passion to your event with renowned joy architect and community builder Courtney Krulis. From improving workplace culture to boosting sales, she has an incredible knack for inspiring audiences to embrace joy in high-pressure environments and driving better performance through uplifting experiences.

Thomas Robb

Bri Lee

Her award-winning work in criminal justice reform and the legal system is truly impressive at her young age. Bri is brimming with fascinating and helpful insights on power dynamics and structural barriers to change.

Bianca Hunt

Author, TV presenter, activist and ambassador for The Indigenous Literacy Foundation, Bianca Hunt is an inspiring keynote speaker and proud advocate for First Nations communities, known for her powerful storytelling chops along with her impassioned approach to activism. As a versatile media personality and founder of Agnt Blak, she uses her platform to uplift and connect with audiences through culture, sport, and impactful narratives.

Yassmin Poole
