Cate Campbell OAM, a cornerstone of Australian swimming, has dominated the international stage for nearly a decade as an Olympic, Commonwealth, and World Champion.

Born in Malawi, Cate learned to swim in Lake Malawi before moving to Australia, where she joined the Indooroopilly Swimming Club.

By age 16, she had broken Australian and Commonwealth records and earned her first Olympic medals.

Throughout her career, Cate accumulated 8 Olympic medals, becoming one of Australia’s most decorated swimmers.

In 2024, Cate retired and joined the Nine Network as an Olympic commentator, bringing her extensive experience and insights to viewers.
