David Coulthard, a global motorsport icon, is celebrated as one of the most recognizable names in Formula 1.

Hailing from Twynholm, Scotland, his journey began at age 11, leading to early successes in kart racing.

Notably, he clinched the McLaren Autosport 'Young Driver of the Year Award' in 1989.

Joining Williams in 1993, he made his Formula 1 debut the following year, securing his first victory at the 1995 Portuguese Grand Prix.

Coulthard's nine-season stint at McLaren yielded 12 Grand Prix wins, alongside five top-3 finishes in the World Championship.

Beyond racing, he's an entrepreneur, co-founder of Whisper, and actively champions gender diversity in motorsport.
