Paul Roos has had an outstanding career in the AFL as both a player and as a coach.

When Paul started out as a young footballer in the early 80s he had no idea how long it would last and more importantly where it would lead.

The lessons he has learnt from playing football in a part time environment to the transition to AFL football today were invaluable. Those skills helped Paul in his coaching life.

The Sydney swans gave Paul Roos the opportunity to test his leadership beliefs. By setting a clear set of behaviors and empowering the players it was a leap of faith. As we now know it worked.

Taking those skills to the Melbourne football club they collectively transformed an organization that was on its knees to a respected profitable winning team.

Paul Roos has a passion for leadership and wants to share that passion. He is clear on what works and what doesn't and all those experiences have led Paul roos to where he is today.

Paul Roos has earned a much-acclaimed reputation as an AFL player and senior coach and has also made his mark as a renowned corporate speaker, television host, columnist and author.
Paul Roos was the 2005 Australian Sports Coach of the Year, former 356-match AFL superstar and Australian Hall of Fame member who helped the Swans come from behind to snatch an historic 58-54 victory over the West Coast Eagles.
Following an outstanding career as a player, Paul Roos answered a call to fill the vacant senior coaching position at the Swans midway through the 2002 season.
After standing down as Swans coach, Paul Roos took on the role of coach of the Swans Academy.
He has also been a columnist with News Limited newspapers and as a member of Fox Sports AFL commentary team.
In late 2013, Paul Roos signed up with the Melbourne Demons and he plans to renew his media interests once his role with the Demons finishes.
