Paul Ryan was one of four co-founders of Wizard Home Loans, and served as director of Sales and Distribution. Wizard was a highly recognisable name in the finance industry, and within five years it had a loan portfolio of $12 billion. The company was bought in 2004 by General Electric for $510 million, which prompted Paul to start, intouch Finance and Property and Kudosto.com.au.

He has also founded Stump to Stump, a platform to connect the cricket community.
